Return & Refund Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any items once they have been delivered. 
However, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact as soon as possible after receiving your order at support@rawapparel.co. 
To process your request, you may be asked to provide clear photos or videos of the item showing the issue. Our team will review the case to determine whether the issue was caused during production or shipping. 
If we confirm that the damage or error is our responsibility, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund. 

Please note:

- Items reported after long time of delivery may not be eligible


- We reserve the right to refuse claims that do not meet our criteria

Damages and issues

 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us at support@rawapparel.co. Once the issue is confirmed, we will arrange an exchange: our courier will collect the incorrect item while delivering the correct one to you at the same time.
